Rich Enders established RimPac in 1988 to provide product design assistance, tooling sourcing, and resin selection to technically oriented plastic processors. Today the company assists customers by providing product solutions, technical support and JIT plastic and elastomer resin evaluation. Manufacturing and delivery of resins is from multiple compounding locations and strategically located warehouses.

Our Operations Manager Cindy Schreiber heads up our sales support and has been with RimPac since 2002. She came to our industry with previous work experience in marketing, accounting and as a paralegal.

Dawn Doria joined RimPac in 2004. She has over 20 years experience in operations
in compounding and manufacturing in the plastics industry.
She will continue in this capactity for RimPac International.
